Bob is the Managing Director of Petwin Bancorp Inc.. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Calgary), a Masters in Business Administration (University of Western Ontario), and a Bachelor of Laws (University of Calgary). Prior to joining the Petwin Group, Bob was a securities and real estate lawyer with a multi-national law firm. Bob also serves as a director of the Board of First Calgary Savings; a Calgary based financial institution with over $2 billion in assets.

Ted has 20 years of experience in managing diverse portfolios of both commercial properties and multi-family residential communities. On a day to day basis, Ted oversees all property operations, leasing and accounting functions in both the US and Canada.
Property Manager | Calgary Office
Heather’s experience encompasses 15 years of both commercial and residential portfolio management. In her current role, Heather has the combined responsibility for both the facility and operations management of the Calgary and High River properties. Heather provides the leadership and direction for the Calgary team and is the central point of contact for all tenant related matters.
Property Manager | Edmonton Office
Sherridan has been involved in property management for over 18 years, in condominium, residential and commercial property management. Since joining the Petwin Team in 2010, she has managed both Edmonton and Calgary (including High River) properties. Her strongest focus at Petwin Properties has focused on coaching the staff, marketing the properties, and driving the occupancy and rates to maintain high levels of success. In 2014 she transferred to Edmonton, where she is the lead for all management of the Edmonton properties. Her responsibilities include the profitability of the Edmonton buildings, as well as general management of the Edmonton office and staff.
Assistant Property Manager | Calgary Office
Shantel joined Petwin Properties in 2014, and has been involved in various aspects of building management. In 2016 she accepted the challenge of her current position, and now is responsible for day to day management of 4 buildings..
Property Accountant | Calgary Office
Frank has been a property accountant for 13 years, working on both residential and commercial portfolio’s and assisting with the administration. In addition Frank has been responsible for the setup and implementation of Yardi the property software. Frank has also help troubleshoot IT issues and is consider a “go to” person for issue’s or any questions that may come up.
Controller | Calgary Office
Patrick has over 20 years working experience as professional accountant in industries of public practice, property management, and construction. In addition, Patrick leads the accounting team to prepare financial reports and analysis, manages funds flow among related companies, providing information for financing activities, and ensuring compliance with financial covenants and legislative requirements.
Property Administrator | Calgary Office
Stephanie joined Petwin Properties in 2010 and has had a variety of roles including Resident Manager, Property Administrator, Lease Administrator and Office Manager as well as providing IT support and staff training. She also acts as the Executive Assistant to both the Managing Director and President of the company.
Building Operator | Edmonton Office
Ryan joined the Edmonton team in June of 2017, and brings years of experience as a Building Operator, first as a Class 5 - then Class 4 certification. His experience in building systems is an asset to the Edmonton buildings, particularly Petwin Tower.
Assistant Property Manager | Edmonton Office
Roseanne joined the Petwin staff early in 2016 as an off-site manager of a large property. She brings experience in property and condominium management, as well as single property management. Her leasing talents along with administrative and organizational skills make her an exceptional addition to our team!
Building Manager | Edmonton Office
Magdalena joined Petwin Properties in 2012, and has been involved in various aspects of building management. In 2015 she accepted the challenge of her current position, and now is responsible for the day-to-day management of one building, and assisting with the accounting functions for the entire Edmonton portfolio.
General Manager | Phoenix-Scottsdale Office
Sondra has over 15 years in experience in multi-housing. Oversees daily property operations and help on site Managers Negotiate leases and maintain proper record keeping. Expected vacancies and a plan for marketing and re-renting the unit as well as expected time frame of vacancy, necessary maintenance and projected future maintenance needs of the property to ensure the asset is protected and to maintain tenant retention.
