President
As President of Petwin Properties, Ted Kennedy oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial office, industrial, and multi-family assets across the U.S. and Canadian markets. Since joining Petwin in 2012, he has been instrumental in guiding the company’s growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a strong, service-driven culture.
On a day-to-day basis, Ted develops, empowers, and supports in-house management teams in each market, providing the leadership and resources needed for their success. With a strong focus on customer service, he oversees company-wide operations, commercial leasing, lease administration, and property accounting. He also plays a key role in spearheading new acquisitions and managing the refinancing of existing assets.
Ted brings a wealth of experience from his 15-year tenure at Colliers International, where he served as Vice President, Operations for Northern California. He also gained valuable industry expertise while working with Oxford Properties in Calgary.
In addition to his extensive experience, Ted holds several industry-recognized designations, including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). His strategic vision, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to sustainability continue to drive Petwin Properties success and long-term growth.
