Bill Cagle joined Petwin Properties as Operations Supervisor on June 1, 2024, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry. In his role, Bill is responsible for coaching and guiding the maintenance team to uphold Petwin Properties high standards, ensuring site maintenance goals are set and achieved. He plays a pivotal role in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, optimizing resources, and streamlining processes to reduce rework requests.
Bill is also instrumental in developing and managing preventative maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and maintaining inventory accuracy. He ensures full compliance with OSHA safety regulations, oversees maintenance shop operations, and guarantees all logs and data are completed accurately and on time. Bill’s expertise and leadership contribute significantly to Petwin Properties commitment to operational excellence and superior property management.
