Cindy has been a valued member of the Petwin team since 2017, starting as an Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Administration Manager in 2020. With over 30 years of experience in lease administration within the commercial property management industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Cindy is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing all lease-related legal documentation for Petwin Properties commercial properties in Canada and the U.S. She also plays a key role in day-to-day operational and property management administration, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization.
With her extensive knowledge and attention to detail, Cindy helps uphold Petwin Properties’ high standards in lease administration and operational support, contributing to the company’s continued success.
