Rosalee brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence to her role as Properties Controller at Petwin. Since entering the real estate industry in 2018 as a Financial Analyst, she has excelled in various leadership positions, including Accounting Manager and Regional Accounts Payables Manager, consistently driving financial efficiency and operational success.

At Petwin, Rosalee leads the preparation of yearly and monthly financial reporting packages, annual budget packages, and annual reviews, including CAM reconciliations. She manages year-end deliverables, government remittances and filings, accounts payables, and payroll with precision and compliance. Additionally, she serves as a trusted liaison and leads special projects as required by the President, showcasing her ability to adapt and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Rosalee’s professional expertise is backed by a degree in Business Administration and a CPA designation. Her passion for fostering growth is evident in her volunteer work as a mentor in the CPA program.
