With a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, Ted provides guidance and supervision for company-wide operations, commercial leasing, lease administration, and property accounting. He plays a pivotal role in spearheading new acquisition ventures and managing the refinancing of existing debts. Ted joined the Petwin Properties team in 2012. He brings significant experience and insight amassed during his 15-year tenure at Colliers International, most recently as Vice President, Operations for Northern California, based in Sacramento and while working with Oxford Properties in Calgary, Alberta.
